Mobility Management & Shared Mobility Project Manager | Up to $98,240/annually

This position has the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
Our Mobility Management & Shared Mobility Project Manager position will provide program and project management for both mobility management projects and Shared Mobility initiatives. You will support the work of the Greater Minnesota Regional Transportation Coordinating Councils (RTCC) and the Transportation Coordination Assistance Projects (TCAP) for the Metro area in the development of new and innovative transportation projects. This position will also have the following responsibilities:
- Support the integration of transportation coordination programming into MnDOT’s Mobility-as-a-Service project, a multimodal trip planning, booking, and payment platform.
- Mobility Management Project support and management & Shared Mobility project management.
- Digital transportation provider trip planning and coordination platform management.
In State travel is required for 20% of time for meetings with program stakeholders.

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Two years of advanced professional experience in administering programs. Experience must also demonstrate the following:
- Experience with planning methods and practices.
- Experience with program development.
- Experience with shared mobility services and technologies.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Planning, Business, Finance substitutes for six months of advanced professional experience.
