Performance, Risk & Investment Analysis Director | Salary Range: $48.45 - $69.48 / hourly; $101,163 - $145,074 / annually

This position has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule or work in the office. If working a hybrid schedule, the incumbent will be required to report to the office at least once a week and make a telework arrangement with their supervisor.
Our Performance, Risk & Investment Analysis Director position will provide agency leadership. The responsibilities for this position also include:
- Management direction regarding transportation performance management processes and implementation.
- Managing agency economic analyses and standards.
- Overseeing deployment and incorporation of risk analysis into investment and agency policy decision making.
- Directs the activities of multiple teams and provides recommendations for consideration by MnDOT’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Travel within the state or nationally, once per month on average, may be required to attend stakeholder meetings or participate in committees.

Here are the Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of managerial experience OR three years of professional supervisor experience OR four years of advanced professional experience in developing and reporting performance measures and targets, economic analysis or enterprise risk management.

- Technical: Experience in transportation economics, performance measurement, performance-based planning, and risk management.
- Policymaking: Experience developing and implementing policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
- Human relations: Experience leading and/or supervising professional staff and establishing relationships with staff, stakeholders, and interest groups.
- Fiscal Management: Experience managing budgets and using performance measures and risk to inform fiscal decision-making.
